30C provides up to 30% of the cost of installing Level-2 or Direct Current Fast Chargers for electric vehicles. The incentive is capped at $100,000. With Direct Pay, this tax credit can be directly monetized by nonprofits and other tax-exempt organizations.

This pilot program allows residential customers to take advantage of special discounted electrical rates at night for EV charging while leasing-to-own an EV charger. Customer can also opt to pre-pay for the charger.

This program will be reviewed by the Public Service Commission in 2025.
